| Financial Policy |
| Payment terms can sometimes be a subject that people like to avoid; however, we believe that our patients should be knowledgeable consumers. Keeping patients informed about the cost of any item or service we provide is necessary to make educated decisions regarding dental treatment. Consent forms with fee estimates are provided prior to any planned dental treatment. Payment is expected at the time the initial services are rendered. If you have dental insurance available to help offset your expenses, we will be happy to file for your benefits; however, any co-payments or non-covered procedures are to be paid at the time of your visit. Claims will be filed on the initial date of service, refiled after 20 days, and finally after 45 days. Claims not paid by 60 days are inactivated in our system and will revert to patient responsibility. Financing arrangements can be made prior to treatment that offer low monthly payments and reasonable interest rates for your convenience. Some cosmetic procedures qualify for 12 monthly payments with no finance charges. Our patient coordinator will be happy to arrange for a manageable payment plan that works for you. |
